Home care services are usually provided in the mornings, lunchtimes, teatimes and evenings, seven days per week, therefore the hours could be flexible to suit you.  We offer full training, uniform. competitive rates of pay with increases for those who gain their NVQ qualifications and increased payments for unsocial hours and full holiday pay. 

We provide a full Induction to the Common Induction Standards, shadowing, regular supervision, annual appraisals and regular meetings where all participate.
