About Us The Home Service Complete Care group were established in 1989 and are now one of the largest providers of home care services in Kent, and offer a large range of quality services. We work with other services and professionals to provide services tailored to the needs of the service user and to maximise their independence and encourage them, when possible, to participate in the community. We are ‘Preferred Providers’ to KCC Social Services and registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and we work hard to reach and exceed the National Minimum Standards. We are Investors in People and, in the last couple of years, have been nominated twice for the Kent Business Award (Social Care). We were instrumental in setting up the Kent Community Care Association and work with them to improve home care for service users and providers in Kent. We have a robust Quality Assurance programme which ensures all services are continuously reviewed with input from our service users, our staff and our commissioners, any patterns are analysed and used to improve our services. We have a robust Complaints Procedure which is also used to improve our services. Our Service User Guide includes a copy of the Complaints Procedure or you can contact one of the offices (see contacts) and a copy will be sent to you, Our use of the latest technology ensures that an immediate response is always available from our helpful and fully trained staff. Our workforce are reminded that they are guests in the service users homes and therefore must show respect and embrace diversity.
